Quality Control
Since our establishment, we have been committed to providing products that exceed customer expectations. Our quality management system (QMS) follows the international standard for the continuous improvement of processes and products, which is the PDCA cycle, to integrate and enhance our quality control system, establish systemization, proper documentation, and systematic management mechanisms. Our management performance is continuously monitored and reviewed in order to ensure effective quality control and sustainable business operations, while being ISO 9001:2015 compliant.
Continuous Process Improvement
We provide full product traceability, as well as standard documents such as: SOP, SIP, and QC engineering tables. All production parameters are standardized and recorded, and all production processes are continuously improved to reduce production costs and meet customer requirements.
Products in the phase of initial development are measured and analyzed using Cpk. Incoming materials are subject to our Incoming Quality Check (IQC) to ensure suppliers' conformance to customer standards. Strict In-Process Quality Controls (IPQC) are used to closely monitor the quality of each production process. Final Quality Control (FQC) is then carried out on finished products to ensure the products are of the highest quality.
Quality Assurance
Our quality assurance system is deeply embedded in each department; cross-department review and monitoring begins right at the beginning from the mold design stage. Various data is collected from each process, from development to mass production, which is combined with the 7 Basic Tools of Quality and 5 Core Tools of Quality to provide a reliable and detailed basis of quality verification across departments.

Properly maintained inspection equipment and well-trained personnel provide us with reliable data that drives our confidence when delivering products to our customers.
