1984: The original is Chin-Yi mold factory which was established in Shin-Jhuang city within 100 m2, having 5 initial employees, and was professional in manufacturing plastics mold.

1992: Established Hen-Long plastics co. Ltd., and invested plastics injection equipments. The factory land space added to 264 m2, employees added to 18 members, and regularly produced plastics product.

2002: Company’s name had been changed to ENDEAVOR PLASTICS CORP. in December for increasing business, and moved to San-Chung city. The factory land space added to 990 m2, and invested precision measure equipments, mold extra-working machine, plastics manufacturing equipments, and assembly lines. The employees added to 35 members.

2004: Added a plastics factory2 with 330 m2 in San-chung city, and added new plastics manufacturing equipments in March. The employees added to 45 members. In December, completely imitated MRP system to manage and control the material, products, and account.

2005: Combined factory1 with factory2 in May, and moved to Shin-Jhuang city. Added a dust-free room with 100000 degree and added production equipments for optics property. The factory land space amount to 2700 m2, and the employees added to 72 members.

2006: In January, completely imitated ISO9001:2000 Quality Control System, and expect to obtain the ISO qualification in December.
